We seek Manufacturing Excellence and realization of the smart factory through AI and big data collection concurrently with research on new applicable material, function, and manufacturing process for shoes.
Development
We develop a prototype and process for efficient production by manufacturing a suitable sample for the client's design concept requests and supplementing and revising the sample through communication and tests with customers.

Innovation
We develop a new idea to meet various consumers' needs and engage joint research on techniques with customers to make it happen. We share our opinions vigorously to realize all the ideas, even minor ones, and come up with a new idea from the feedback that's been given from athletes and actual testers. We also reinterpret the new technique of other industries in diversified views and suggest methods and platforms for innovative footwear manufacturing.
Manufacturing Engineering
We pursue Manufacturing Excellence through production technique development, continuously advance the product's quality and price competitiveness, and strive to expand the business with customers. Different engineers are gathered to examine the technique's efficacy and adequacy throughout the entire process of the project from top to bottom by each step.
Machine Intelligence
To realize the smart factory of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we collect data on the production site with real-time IoT devices and make it big data then analyze by Data Science technique. Also, we apply AI (Machine Learning) to improve the process and realize the completion of Digital Factory Twin.

Development

Project Management
We are the key communicator between engineers for each category and its related departments for the customer's design concept. Our job is to negotiate together and manufacture samples adequate for customer's needs and prepare for mass production. We work closely with customers, deliver feedbacks to them from each department in the development center and off-shores, and make sample manufacture and mass production possible by managing a necessary schedule for the development process.
Pattern Engineering
As a first step of turning 2D design concept into a real product, we contribute to customer's satisfaction with the product that has both value and performance through followings: plan Upper based on Dimension CAD S/W, develop Jig for Craftsmanship, work on quality improvement continuously, and set a new process.
Tooling Engineering
Depending on the customer's design concept, we set a prototype of 2D & 3D design by using 3D scans, modeling, and printing equipment. We supplement an issue found in each step with tests and verification which leads to higher quality and advance the efficiency of production by minimizing defective products and maximizing the productivity of high-quality mold.
Chemical Engineering
We manufacture functional footwear that meets our customer's need through new material development and do price reduction activity through new construction method development. Also, we do our best to produce the best quality product based on rigid process management and quality test.
Workshop
We fulfill customer's satisfaction by reserving customer's reliability and providing the best quality product promptly. Based on activity on quality management and improvement, and Craftsmanship, we develop an adequate product that fits each footwear's concept and its property. Through effective planned production and waste elimination activity, we increase sample management efficiency and contribute to offshore's Ramp-up by securing the process.

Around our Vietnam, China, Indonesia's global manufacturing foothold, we seek continuous quality assurance and productivity improvement through the standardized process under the LEAN manufacturing method and ERP system connected to the organization. We keep On-Time Delivery to maximize our customer's satisfaction by delivering the product at the time when our customer wants.
